For use in bathrooms, wet rooms, kitchens & other environments. For refurbishments and new builds. BELLSEAL FIX'N SEAL products use a 2-part (butyl & DPC) sealing system supplied in a roll. The Double Sided product is used for installing shower trays, baths and work surfaces. The Single Sided product is used for vertical internal corners in shower trays and baths. This product can also be used horizontally (as well vertically) for wet room installations. |

Simply tile over the front of the membrane. Always use a silicon edge sealant for finishing purposes Entirely hidden beneath the tiles. Easy to install. Maintenance Free. Patents granted. This unique 2-part (butyl & DPC) sealing system never cures - it does not harden nor crack. Therefore it keeps its adhesion & flexibility for the life of the installation. This ensures there is always a permanent seal between the wall and the appliances even under usual new build stresses (i.e. slight movement). As silicon edge sealants break down over time the Bellseal Fix'n Seal membrane provides a confident preventative barrier against future leaks. |
